A nonsteerable drive mechanism for a watercraft which includes an upper part arranged within the watercraft and has a drive motor with a downwardly directed driving shaft. A lower part is arranged outside of the hull of the watercraft and has an angled gear arrangement, the driven shaft of which extends horizontally below the waterline in the lower part and has a propeller fixedly secured to its free end. The upper part is resiliently mounted to a base plate and the lower part, independently therefrom, is rigidly secured to the base plate. A fixed closure member closes off an opening through the hull and a part of the base plate encircling the opening of the watercraft, which closure member is sealingly penetrated through by a shaft connection connected to the angled gear arrangement. The power transmission from the upper part to the lower part takes place through an elastic coupling connecting the driving shaft to the shaft connection.

(54) POWER PLANT INSTALLATION
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular, to powerplants of a floating craft. A well-known playlist propulsion system is known, comprising a top part mounted inside the body of a watercraft that includes an engine; associated with the first bevel gearbox with a vertical output shaft, and the lower part mounted under the bottom of the hull of the craft coaxially with a hole in the ship's hull and including the second comic gear connected with the vertical output shaft, on the horizontal output shaft of which a grave screw is installed, .and the lower part are connected to the hull of the floating device by means of sealing elements, and the upper part is mounted by means of the base plate on the hull of the vessel (1). However, with this installation, Hie is provided for disassembling and mounting it afloat. The purpose of the invention is to provide the possibility of mounting and dismounting the power unit to the surfacing. For this, the upper part is connected to the base plate by means of an elastic connection, and the lower part is rigid, with the first and second conical gearboxes connected to each other through an elastic connection node. In addition, the bottom part is fixed to the base plate by means of screws located uniformly around the flange of the lower part, and the elastic connection assembly is made of two rubber-metal bushings connected to the first and second bevel gearboxes and connected to each other by a tubular element covering sleeves outside. The elastic connection can also be made in the form of a bellows, and the plate is made with a tubular protrusion covering the elastic connection unit. . The engine 4 is located on the uprights 21 and 22 and is connected to them with screws 23. The assembly 7 connects the output shaft 24 and the drive shaft 25, hubs 26 and 27 are rigidly attached to the ends of the coilshigh 28 and has holes 30 and fitting 31 d supplying cooling water to dvigatelk). Screws 32, evenly spaced around the circumference of the flange, fasten the housing 28 to the plate 2 by means of a seal ZZu and the bolts on the bearings are installed by means of a seal 34 and 35.
If it is necessary to dismantle the power plant, unit 7 can be easily disassembled without closing the opening 11 and the engine 4 and gearbox b can be replaced, and a different type of engine and gearbox can be supplied instead.
The angular gear 6 can be made reversible with two drive gears connected by a clutch.
This embodiment of the connection of the upper and lower parts makes it possible to use both different types of engines and different propellers in the power plant.

1. The power plant of the watercraft containing the upper part mounted inside the boat body and including the engine associated with the first bevel gearbox with the vertical output shaft, and the bottom part mounted under the boat body bottom coaxially with the hole in the body and including the shaft connected with the vertical output shaft the second bevel gearbox, on the horizontal output shaft of which a propeller is mounted, with the upper and lower parts connected to the hull by means of sealing elements, and the upper the part is mounted by means of a support plate on the hull of the vessel, which is independent in that, in order to enable installation and disassembly of the power plant to the surfacing, the upper part is connected to the support plate by means of an elastic connection, and the lower part is rigid, at 3TQM the first and second bevel gearboxes interconnected through an elastic connection node.
